I had a party for 50. Most said it was the best beef brisket and chicken they ever ate. The homemade BBQ sauce was fantastic.
The salads were a hit too.
The only sad part is that I live in NJ and could not take any of the food home.
If I ever needed an event catered again, I'd call these folks in a heartbeat.
