I ordered beard oil boxes and labels for our new product range, and the quality was poor! The colours did not match the CMYK or Pantone colours provided. At close inspection I could even see the dots, as it looked like their printers needed a headclean or something. Furthermore, the lamination was peeling off in the corners of the boxes, and when folded up the lamination would crack in the creases.

After receiving the first parcel I noticed that they were shipped from Lahore, Pakistan. Now I wouldn't mind where they came from, but I was told this was a UK company and they didn't outsource printing.

I complained about the issues, and I was promised the issues would be resolved and they would do a reprint. After around 3 weeks later, having delayed our product launch, I got the packaging back and again the quality was so poor, I could not use them.

I complained again, and again I was told they could do a reprint. At this point I did'nt want to waste anymore time so I asked for a refund.

I've not had any reply from "Darren" or anyone else from this company. No response to calls or emails. They've completely ignored me. I've wasted over £500 on packaging that is too poor to use.

Moral of this story, if you want quality printing DO NOT use these cowboys. More...
