I provide custom fitness programs for seniors or for people who need to work around injuries/ disabilities.

I have extensive experience working with people with Alzheimer's , Parkinson's Disease , COPD, knee issues, back pain, shoulder pain, cancer, wheelchair bound, & those who have been recently hospitalized for various conditions.

Debra is the best thing that's happened to my 84-year old mom for many years. Debra visits mom's assisted living facility, which is a blessing because transportation is difficult for mom. Debra is patient, friendly, kind, and pushes just enough to challenge without stress or injury. Her program is flexible, varied, and fun. Q&As

I specialize in training clients 70 and up.
We set specific goals and work on each goal by following a specific program.
I encourage my clients to complete exercise between sessions. However, if I am working with the person two times a week, there are always improvements.
I talk to my client about how each exercise will help them in their daily life. This is a huge motivation for them. Everybody wants to be strong and independent. I find it easy to keep people wanting to exercise. Most of my clients have been working with me weekly for continued improvements or for maintainance.

I love working with the senior population. At this age, it’s more about functioning. When I watch someone do things they never thought possible, that brings me the most joy.

I have always loved living a healthy fitness and diet lifestyle.
When I worked with my first client who was 90 years old, i knew it was what I was meant to do.
I opened my own business to specifically serve this population.
My focus on one population has enabled me to dive into exactly what they need.

Exercise is essential to keeping seniors independant.
I start with an assessment to locate my client’s weaker areas. My client will complete a short questionnaire. On our first visit will determine the goals we will work on.
A custom workout will be designed to achieve each goal.
Examples of goals are balance, strength, stair climbing, walking, transfering, getting out of a chair, getting up from the floor, walking on uneven ground, core strength, shuffling feet, freezing, and stretching.

I have all my covid vaccinations, wear gloves and a mask.

Every client receives in home service. Any small equipment will be brought to your home.
The exercise program will be designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
For added convenience , you will only receive a bill once a month.
