In 2020 I transferred my Domain to Custom Apps SA, who did some good work on my website. My domain was hosted by another company, and did the transfer for free.
I now want to transfer my Domain to a Friends' company, who has done excellent work on another site for me, and hosting is a breeze.
I contacted Ashley and Douglas on 28 October so they can assist in transferring my Domain to Jeanson Technologies.
They took forever to reply, stating they need to find out from the 'team' to get clarity on it and how to move forward with this??? It's a simple process guys!!!
Finally yesterday (29 November 2022) they got back to us, with a ridiculous reply. They want to charge me R20 000 to transfer the domain!! This should be FREE guys, as per my previous transfers.
I did reply with a few messages I received from people in the industry, also stating there should be no charge for the transfer!
Still waiting for a reply...
