All praise to Custom Accounting, Inc. As most small business owners know, it is really hard to find great accounting and bookkeeping services. The big firms are barely interested and the smaller accounting operations are, to put it politely, less hit and more miss. And, by the time I was fortunate enough to find Custom Accounting, I'd overseen a decade-long parade of independent bookkeepers who, with few exceptions, were out-and-out nut jobs. A few years ago, Custom Accounting, Inc. handled the bookkeeping for my small PR business, at the time that the founder of the company, Ms. Natalya Grigoriev, was on the verge of getting her CPA license. The firm was already top-notch. Custom Accounting stayed on top of our books in a timely, organized and accurate manner, and had good ideas for improved efficiency. This was already a polished, professional organization, and always a pleasure to work with. Not only that, but even before she was licensed, and therefore not yet providing accounting services, the sharp-eyed Grigoriev rooted out what could have been costly errors on the part of my much sloppier then-accountant.
