What’s your signature dish?
We create uniquely good main dishes that range from handheld to gourmet, including:
- Hatch Chile pulled pork sandwiches with apple coleslaw
- Herbed salmon with edamame and mango salad
- Roast prime beef tenderloin with warm potato salad and chimichurri sauce
- Harvest ratatouille with couscous that can be vegetarian or with meatballs
We also offer fresh baked bread, cheese and charcuterie boards, luscious soups and award winning chile.
For dessert, options range from traditional French chocolate mouse to seasonal fruit crumbles.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It is your vision that we aim to serve. We start with a discussion of what you want to provide your guests with, what foods you like, and then we submit a bid.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is the most enjoyable thing we experience every day. Memories and relationships are nurtured and fostered over a great meal. This is why we do Curious Table.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have a love of cooking and entertaining. We were asked time and again when we were going to do this full time. Now is the time!
