We are a catering company that works out of food trucks. Food trucks allow us to pull up onsite, prepare food onsite as well as cook while we are serving. This allows us to serve the hottest, freshest food to our guests. We love what we do and are dedicated to making you event special.

Hands down just in awe of what Jason did at our wedding Sept 17th 2022. I'm pretty sure will be going to a tasting again just because we love his food soo much hahaha! ! He's flexible, clear, honest, organized, and over-delivered. We had a 250 person wedding and the food was even better than when we did tastings. The food was better than most restaurants we've EVER been to. Our wedding menu was as followed: Cocktail Hour:Peruvian ceviche - was insane, and we're Mexican and traveled to Peru to have ceviche. I was recently a guest at a wedding where Curiosity Catering was providing food service. The tray passed appetizers came out hot and delicious . The cheese display was beautiful and well attended. Jason and his team were our first and only choice for our wedding catering! We knew we wanted a food truck meets fine dining vibe. .but we never expected we'd find something as amazing as Curiocity!! Jason was incredible to work with. He was so easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful in making our food choices. We first met Jason during our tasting for our wedding and were blown away by the quality of food and his genuine and kind personality. We never felt pressured to pick certain items of food, he really listened to our requests and gave great recommendations based on our guest count, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire menu selection process. Fast forward to our wedding at The Lane in December and he and his team served delicious hot food to our 130+ guests. The vegetable risotto is eyes-rolling-to-the-back-of-your-head good and I still think about the mouth watering sliders. Jason and Curiocity catered our wedding this December, 2021. Jason is an exceptional person and was very accommodating/understanding leading up to the event. He was communicative, quick to respond, and always made sure we were comfortable with the food decisions and gave us good recommendations without being 'pushy' or trying to sell us on more things. Our wedding was 10/16, I will post photos as they come in. But I couldnt wait to share what a pleasure Curiocity Catering was to work with. We met Jason when we went for a tasting. It was the 1st catering company we had actually gone to check out in person, but it was the only one we needed to. Everything was delicious, I still think about the sliders to this day. We talked to Jason a little about what items we'd like on our menu, and he was totally receptive to any and all of our ideas. My now-husband is a total foodie, so he had pretty high expectations and a ton of questions but we really seemed to click with Jason and felt he understood us which just made the entire process so much less stressful than it could've been otherwise. He was incredibly flexible through all my indecision and last minute changes, and anticipated all our potential needs- even offering to help with the turn over. On the day of, he and the team absolutely delivered. They went above and beyond to impress our guests with delicious, beautiful and efficiently served plated dinners. Our wedding was Sept 25th, 2021, and we are so happy we booked Curiocity Catering! We loved our food! Jason is very responsive and professional. They are a food truck, but our menu was already selected so no one was going up to order anything. The food was ready to go come dinnertime! Sometimes people see a food truck and assume it's an open menu. Â We had grilled cheese w/ tomato bisque shooters, salmon skin tacos, and chips and salsa for cocktail hour. For dinner we had the beef sliders, parmesan fries, strawberry salad, and vegetable risotto. We opted for the iced tea and lemonade station as well. Everything was so delicious!Everything was served in a reasonable time, with friendly waitstaff. We also booked a bartender with them as our venue required it. I wasn't expecting them to have the bartender service but I'm glad they did, it saved me from having to search for another vendor.We had these guys booked from March 2020, so to see it all finally come to life was really awesome. I wanted to let you know how absolutely AMAZING the risotto that was on the menu at the wedding last night!!!! The wedding was in Irvine. It was the best risotto I have EVER had! It was the only item I was able to indulge in due to my participation at the wedding. I was looking on your website and it appears that you are only for catering? I was hoping to find where I could get some more! Darn it! Also, when I look at the menu online, it shows that the risotto is a wild mushroom risotto, which I love but last night had beets, cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, etc. Did the couple "customize" the risotto? I can't begin to explain how my tastebuds exploded with joy, it was THAT delicious! Will there ever be a way in which to order from your kitchen or is the kitchen only on wheels? They catered our wedding and I had so many guests that were delighted by the fun and tasty appetizers during our cocktail hour which included grilled cheese with tomato shooters, sliders with Parmesan truffle fries, and the serious mac & cheese.Dinner was amazing; my husband and I were excited for the steak with Chimichurri sauce for months after we did our tasting. My fiancé and I hired Jason and crew for our upcoming wedding, but had to postpone due to Covid which unfortunately resulted in us not being able to move forward with Curiocity Catering because he was already booked for our new date. We are still pretty crushed about it, as we were really looking forward to working with him! Right off the bat, Jason and his team are incredibly friendly, accommodating to any food restrictions (without the bat of an eye), Jason is responsive and kind and his food is DELICIOUS and of exceptional quality. He also did everything within his power to work within our budget which was really important to us as we are paying for all of this without any help. Uhg. I'm just now getting around to writing this review, but they catered for a Christmas party I went to pre-Covid. They did an amazing job and all the food was so delicious. My boyfriend and I are vegan and they were more than happy to explain the ingredients in all of their dishes and help us get something we were able to eat. They were all out of their risotto which he told us was vegan and they actually went back, made more risotto and found us in the party later to make sure we got some! Jason and his team catered our daughters intimate home wedding in November. Â We couldn't be happier with not only the menu that Jason created for this special event, but also with how flexible he was when we were looking to make changes. Like the previous poster, I am behind in writing reviews, but it's still important to sing the praises of Jason and his team. We got married just before things shut down in March 2020. We knew we wanted a food truck, found Curiocity, and set up a tasting. The food was incredible, and we hired them right away. We were unsure how the food would scale up, if there would be enough food to fill our guests up, and what the logistics of food service would be like during our reception, but we had no reason to worry. Jason made sure we had exactly the right amount of food and was super accommodating of changes and dietary restrictions. We even hired him to do our bartending. I could write a novel on how amazing Jason and his team at Curiocity Catering are. They deserve infinity stars for the service they provide. I worked with Jason to plan a Company Holiday party and he made the whole experience so fun and easy. He was SO patient, helpful, enthusiastic and eager to please. I went to a party recently and had their food. I'm a chef and I know good food when I have it. The sliders were juicy and tender. And the truffle aioli inspired me to do the same in my own cooking. The staff was friendly, talkative, quick and professional. Even let me take a look I inside and I noticed it was super clean which is hard for a lot of food trucks to accomplish with a tight space.
