Q&A

Cura therapists simply want to help! Our name means care and comfort for others. Our training allows us to care but also do something: we journey along side you as you discovery your happy.
We love this work and it shows in our sessions!

Cura was started by two Master Clinicians with a dream to help people!

We have been told our client choose us because they feel comforted when we initially talk. After arrival, they enjoy the office environment, however each therapist is there to work. We begin building the foundation for growth in the first session. As therapists, we are working to help you to, quite frankly, not need us! We want you to feel supported as long as you need us and feel safe to live your life independent of Cura while always knowing we will be here if you need a boost!

Services

Cura therapists are training in clinically validated models to help couples stop the conflict and increase the connection. As a practice we are affirming and supportive of all individuals who want relationship help.

Cura therapists help client identify challenges, develop goals and a plan and work towards achievement of the goals. your therapist will move at your pace while not allowing for you to be stagnant. A gentle push when necessary, and a kind presence when the path seems too hard to move forward. Each therapist works from different model of therapy, but each affirms and supports every individual who wants help.
