PERFECTION! Cathy was so patient via email while we were working out the details of these lavender frosted vanilla cupcakes for my sister's bridal shower. I sent her a photo and they arrived EXACTLY (and even more beautiful than) as I had hoped! They were delivered to our doorstep on time and gorgeous. Everyone complimented how delicious they were. Great experience with Cupcake Hearts! We drove from Wisconsin to Florida to celebrate my daughter's first birthday with family that lives in Florida. We needed a custom cake. I contacted Cupcake Hearts via email and Cathy was so wonderful. I sent pictures of ideas I had for cupcakes and a smash cake and she was so accommodating. The cupcakes and smash cakes were Sesame Street themed. They were absolutely perfect and everything tasted better than it looked. All the cakes were moist and delicious. Called to have a delivery- last minute on mother’s day weekend. Enough said- no - the owner went out of her way to accommodate for us- delivered all the way to Disney. I was astounded by the customer service and how sweet she was. We will definitely be recommending her to family and friends in the area. Super service!!!! Cupcakes here are absolutely amazing! I got 6 of the mini cupcakes and I will be returning for some full sized ones. The guava is to die for as well as the chocolate chip and the dulce de leche. Only thing I didn’t care for was the red velvet because the cake was a bit dry. Wish I lived closer! Must stop in and try some of these delicious treats!! More...
