I was there with my mother for her annual visit. I must admit if I ever need any health Insurance question, billing question answered or applying for Health Insurance I will go to Mr. Jose Rodriguez on the 3rd floor finance room. After several times going to the 2nd floor finance room to take care of a bill my mother keeps receiving and clearly nothing gets done or I have to wait so long to be attended on the 2nd floor finance room. On the day of my mother's appointment I was reffered to speak to Mr Rodriguez If I knew of him earlier I would have just went to the 3rd floor and handled this issue. I was there back in may 2017 and boy Mr. Rodriguez took care of the problem and as of yet no bills.. And he also assisted my mother with contacting HRA we was able to get the answer regarding her medicare medicaid question. My mother was so happy of how he treated her that she asked me to write this review. Always go to Mr Jose Rodriguez very helpful and fast efficient worker who gets the job done. More...

The staffs here are great! Patience is the key for your schedule but once you are there, their service is excellent.
