I cant recommend The Culloden enough! We had our wedding here on the 21.9.19. We got married on the balcony of the Holywood Suite with our reception inside. The service was superb and all staff members go above and beyond to help with anything. The food is outstanding from the breakfast myself and bridal party received in our room while we were getting ready to our wedding meal and private breakfast for our guests the next morning. The daube of beef is not to be missed if visiting here! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We had the honeymoon suite overlooking the lough which was stunning. If we were to have our wedding over again, we would still pick The Culloden! Cannot wait to revisit on our anniversary although I'm not sure we can wait that long! More...

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight anniversary break and everything was almost perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was impeccably clean, provisions were plentiful and the full luxury you would expect. We had dinner in the Cultra Inn which was beautiful! Staff again were great even though we could see they were busy. Food was stunning, would definitely recommend. |Breakfast was had in the room, which was of an expected standard, though next time I’ll try the restaurant to experience the full spread. The only drawback was my morning shower. Very little water pressure and no temperature control meant I was forced to endure a scalding shower that took longer than it should because of the water pressure. If I’d known in advance I could have run a bath but was running out of time in the morning. Other than that our stay was perfect and we will be back for a longer visit next time to enjoy the spa! Where to start, the food is on another level, the price of food can seem a bit to expensive, but it's easily one of the best eating experiences in N. ireland. the rooms a very spacious. If you are after a very special weekend away or a really nice meal, this is the place for you. Forget about the price, your worth it! More...

I’ve known the Culloden hotel for many years, and was dubious that the staying over and spa experience would be good x or whether it would be tired and dated. We spent two nights at the Culloden on s two week trip to Ireland It was a great experience. Lovely setting with beautiful lounge and rooms The spa was also great. Breakfast, included in our package was excellent, with the best eggs benedict I've had. Staff was helpful, directing us to interesting things in Belfast. The only negative was the property is somewhat outside Belfast and If you want to do a lot in the city it is a somewhat expensive cab ride. More...

I have long enjoyed staying at this splendid hotel, the best in the excellent Hastings group, on the south side of the Loch. However the public rooms did not work well and bedrooms were in need of refreshing. Delighted to confirm that the bar/lounge area has now been swapped with the dining room so affording those taking coffee, tea and snacks a great view across the lovely gardens and the water busy with ferries and shipping. Likewise diners are no longer in limbo but cosseted in their own cocoon of warmth and refinement as they enjoy the kitchen's magic.||Our suite had been refreshed with improvements to the first class bathroom and bed/sitting area - not least the provisions of easy to use wall-mounted 13 amp sockets by the work desk.||Wonderful to experience my favourite Belfast hotel back to its very best More...

Beautiful rooms and building surrounded by the best views. The spa was lovely and the walk to the sea was a short distance away. The staff were friendly but I didn’t feel like the service was 5 star and considering the price we paid to stay I expected a bit more. The staff all seemed very young and not trained well enough to work in a 5 star. We had to get up twice to ask them to come serve us drinks and the restaurant in the bar was a little slow with the waiter forgetting our drinks. I would recommend this place for a short getaway because of the lovely rooms and ground but don’t expect top notch service(unfortunately) More...

I stayed at this hotel very recently. It was a beautiful stay, i enjoyed looking around the grounds in the evening. The beds are just lovely, i had an amazing sleep. All staff where lovely, my room made quite a few calls to, reception, the bar, and room service. Every call was lovely and helped quick. The reception staff are lovely on arrival and we got taken to our room. The lift is also beautiful with the glass doors looking at the views outside.Breakfast was a good choice, ranging from fruits to a fry up.The spa was an lovely atmosphere and the staff where very kind and also helpful. Before my arrival i read the reviews (as i do with any hotel i am staying over night in) and all of the negative reviwes i do disagree with, the stay was lovely, even though people are allowed their own opinion, there is nothing bad about this hotel. It would be a perfect gift for someone and i hope to go back soon, when i am next visiting Ireland from where i live currently.Thank you to all staff at Culloden Estate and Spa.
