First, please allow me to inform you that I do not have a dog in this fight. I only follow feed-back to comments that I made on face book in regards to company reviews I have posted.

Feed-back is the breakfast of champions. True intuitive expertise is learned from prolonged experience with feedback

I stand by my comment: “This Chef is an artist”

Amber, I am pleased that my comment: “This chef is an artist” made you laugh.

We certainly can all use a laugh, especially after a funeral. Laughter is the warmth that drives sadness from the human face.

Perhaps your disgruntled opinion was based on what you requested for the investment you were willing to make? I was always taught that: “Good things are seldom cheap, and cheap things are seldom good.” In other words, you will get exactly what you are willing to pay for.

The dinner from Culinary Touch that we enjoyed did not cost a single penny.

Chef Mike and Culinary Touch were feeding some very appreciative people who at the moment were down on their luck and very needy.

Culinary Touch refused to take any money at all. He said as a Christian he was thankful to be giving back to the community.

There was not one single complaint from our event. I guess every experience in life is judged in its comparative value.

I really appreciated the extra effort that Liz (or Lisa?) of Culinary Touch took to make my experience a pleasant one. They were catering Abbotsford Airshow & I arrived just as the food was all being taken away from the buffet but she went off and filled a plate for me in the back. Much appreciated.

Seems you got on the bad side of three angry young ladies. Here is my 10 cents worth after having you cater here at the Secret Garden maybe 50 odd times over the last few years. Your service is next to none, I see few other companies that can execute an event so smoothly. Your food is always consistently excellent, even very basic menus are well prepared and presented. We've been fortunate enough to see you put on a few really elaborate spreads. Yum!!! The only complaint I ever hear is you're not a Chatty Kathy on the telephone. Maybe you have better thing to do, like preparing great food? Looking forward to having you back next year. More...

Best food I have ever had at a wedding. Chef Michael went out of his way to accommodate us. We were on a tight budget and wanted something a little different to suit our medieval themed wedding. Chef Micheal responded back with a quote that was under our budget and had created a menu with dish titles perfect for our theme. Chef Michael takes great pride in his craft and it showed in the flavor and detail of every dish. We had 115 guests and have only heard amazing responses back from everyone. The staff were very dilligent and personable. I would recommend culinary touch catering to anyone and everyone in the lower mainland area. They are the perfect addition to any event. Thank you culinary touch for helping make our wedding memorable.

My sister and I hired Chef Dicks for our parents 25th wedding anniversary. We were beyond satisfied with the service. The food was exceptional and the staff were a delight.
