This venue couldn't have been any more perfect. Both the inside and out our gorgeous. We got so many compliments from our guest on on how pretty it was and how delicious the buffet was. The bartenders did great and kept everyone happy all night and the liken moving quickly. Kathy was great too and everything ran smoothly! We cannot say enough about what a perfect choice this was for our wedding. It is a wonderful venue and staff! They made our day magical and took care of all the small details so we could relax and enjoy the experience. The venue is beautiful with gorgeous architecture and turned out beautifully in our photos. Hanni and Kathy bent over backwards to help us prepare for the day and plan every detail to perfection. In addition the food was delicious and well presented. They were also generous in working with our budget, we have not stopped receiving compliments from all our guests and from those who could only experience our wedding through our photos. My husband and I were married on 10/29/16 at Circa on Seventh. We chose to have our ceremony at a church but after seeing Circa in person, there wasn't a doubt in our minds that it was the perfect place for our reception! We booked our day immediately (about a year in advance) so we could be sure to get the date we wanted. I have known Kelsey practically since we were born so she handled all of our details. I couldn't say enough about how amazing Kelsey is, not only as a person, which I already knew, but as a coordinator as well! She kept all of the details straight and stayed in constant contact to keep everything up to date. She also brought a few things to my attention that I may have overlooked otherwise. My husband and I chose to do the bridal package for our reception and it is such a great value! It takes care of pretty much everything you could need, and there are a few extras that you have the option of including for an additional price. We had appetizers and a buffet for food, both of which were done beautifully in presentation and tasted absolutely amazing! Every single guest that we have spoken to about the reception raved that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We also had some guests with dietary restrictions and Kelsey made sure to get them all a delicious vegan meal that they loved! Not only is the food at Circa incredible, but the service we had all day was unbelievable. I had always heard from other brides how stressful setting up, tearing down, and taking care of all the little details are at their wedding and how there were bound to be numerous things that would go wrong. That didn't happen at Circa. We dropped off decorations the day before and Circa took care of setting up every decoration and tearing everything down and packing it up afterwards. Not a single thing went wrong and it was the best day ever! I would recommend that anyone thinking about booking Circa for their reception should stop thinking and book now! More...

We had our wedding reception at Circa and could not have been happier with how it turned out!! Hanni, Kelsey, and the whole team the night of our wedding were all amazing! ! Circa makes it so easy on the bride & groom - they let us drop off decor the week before the wedding and set everything up for us. The place looked so beautiful/elegant the night of our wedding - all the decor was set up perfectly! Kelsey and the staff were there any time we needed anything all night and they worked with our DJ/photographer to follow our timeline to a T. They even helped box all our decor up at the end of the night for us, which was extremely helpful. It was definitely a dream come true!!! Circa on seventh ensured that our day was nothing less than perfect! Kelsey is absolutely amazing and is made for her job! She set the room better than I could of ever imagined and offered suggestions that were very helpful! Our wedding fell during the week of my midterms (I'm a grad student) and she made sure to communicate with my husband so I did not have to worry about a thing during the week of our wedding! During the night whenever I needed Kelsey she came to the rescue with any question I had or anything I needed. Thank you Circa and their amazing staff! There are not enough good things that we can say about Circa on Seventh and the lovely staff that make it so wonderful! It was the perfect space for the number of people that attended our wedding. Kathy was extremely easy to work with. She was beyond helpful, very responsive to my many emails filled with questions, and so pleasant and accommodating. The day of our wedding, the staff at Circa on Seventh paid attention to each and every detail and executed everything flawlessly. All of the food was fresh, warm, and plentiful for all of our guests. My husband and I had such a fun time going through all of the options available for h'orderves, salads, vegetables, potatoes, entrees, and late night food.Steve did such a great job carving the tenderloin for our guests-- he was friendly and efficient! My wife and I both want to take the time to say thank you to everyone at Circa, especially Kelsey Brunner, for an absolutely wonderful experience that far surpassed what we imagined was possible for our budget. We've since received so many comments about how stunning the venue was, how delicious the food selection was (the bruschetta brunch buffet was spectacular) and how courteous the staff was. Working with Kelsey to coordinate our reception is hands down the best planning experience we've had for anything, ever. She was always extremely pleasant, friendly, and attentive to our needs, guiding us through an intimidating process without ever making us feel that we were in over our heads. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to all the staff! Saturday April 11, 2015, Circa provided us with the use of their facility for our family and friends to hold my sisters memorial service.
The hall was so elegant, the food outstanding, and the staff was so companionate and professional! Obviously, this was an unexpected event needing last minute arrangements, and Circa went above and beyond my entire families expectations!!! I have been to 2 very different style weddings and receptions held at Circa. Both times Circa has done a fabulous job at everything! I loved it! The wait staff was excellent and made sure to keep the shrimp and anything that touched the shrimp away from me, since I am allergic to shellfish. Really beautiful venue, loved that there was an upstairs and downstairs you could venture. Looks very nice and a fun place for a wedding reception. Excellent Experience! We hosted a graduation party at their Kenosha location this past weekend. The entire planning process from beginning to end was extremely easy. Their down to earth, yet professional staff listened well, made me feel like they understood our needs, and delivered exactly what we'd expected on the big day. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff, as expected, continued to provide top-notch customer service.
