I went to a wedding expo at flamingo gardens and had the best ceviche of my life, they also had this amazing basil orzo pasta with red peppers, I honestly have never liked red peppers until today, now I can't stop thinking about figuring out how they cooked them! !! they said they were very flexible with their menu and can cater to any taste, their presentation is amazing, and the flavors are even better! 6/5 definitely recommend. They do Latin food and at extremely affordable price. The Food was incredible, service was the best I've received hands down. Will definitely recommend these guys. I highly recommend this caterer. I used them for my wedding October 1st. The owner Dominick is super sweet and really cares about his clients. After his initial taste testing, we asked to try his Cuban food selection. He set it up immediately for us. The food is amazing! We had a Cuban buffet for our wedding. The fiocchi is a MUST! He even made us a plate of it after the tasting because my husband and I loved it so much. Dominick is very easy going and reasonably priced. He helped us find the cheapest priced linens for the reception. He always got back to me quickly through text or email when I had questions. We forgot to mention to him we were doing a toast during the reception and didn't realize it until the day of the wedding. He went out of his way to make sure we had enough champagne flutes for the toast even though it wasn't in the contract. He also provided a bartender, whom everyone loved. His catering staff that attended the wedding were very nice and accommodating. Dominick and his staff kept asking throughout the whole night if there was anything they could do or get for us. We used Dominick once again to cater another event, this time my birthday luau themed pool party! We had about 30 people come by and offered them various platters, shrimp and chicken skewers, pulled pork sliders, yummy orzo, some baked ziti and of course the ever creative mozzarella caprese on a stick! Culinary Affairs was chosen as the caterer for our wedding at the tasting. We knew that this was the caterer for our wedding. The food was some of the best that we had ever tried. Dominik and his wife are amazing! We had the best possible experience on something so critical for a wedding! Initially, we were looking for recommended catering services.
Then on random day we saw one of his vans.. took the phone number and called..He was very attentive and invited us, same day for a tasting to his kitchen. The food was wonderful
.his attention to detail was superb..we signed on the spot.. Price was resonable,.variety of the food was great. His appetizers were incredible. The Cajun shrimp was something out.of this world. I even called him a few days later for the office Christmas party. His service there was incredible . The food was delicious.
On the wedding day, he was at the reception place early will all his team. The food was delicious. Marisol, the person Dominic left in charge was incredible. Stayed on the end of the party with the barman.
We can not thank Dominic, and his wife Johanan enough for such as an amazing attention , food and service!
