Pardon me while I gush.We have had them baby sit several times and always very happy.Mellissa and her team are amazing. It's clear their motivation is for the safe keeping of your fur babies. They have a huge medical understanding of many animals.But here is the difference between CBPC and others.We were out of town during The Woolsey Fire. It came close to our home. Melissa is truly the best trainer, care giver and all around one of the best people I have ever met. This company is consistent in their excellent care of your pets, excellent training for pets and owners, scheduling and communication. I have been using this company for over a year for a dog that was super  negatively reactive to other dogs. Now I know how to focus myself to be a better leader and my dog is calmer and I am able to walk him. He was a rescue and needed consistent positive correct trainer. Amazing!!! This company is so wonderful!! I don't even know where to begin. From their amazing professionalism in meeting with us to go over our puppies care needs, to the actual services we received in home, this company really goes above and beyond for animals. We felt so comfortable leaving our pets in their care. They did a fabulous job. We will forever use this company for now on. They cleaned the pups kennel, cleaned the food and water bowls, brushed our pups and even left a sweet note on our kitchen counter greeting us back home from our trip. Cuddle Bear Pet Care is one of the best pet care organizations that we have come across. They are very experienced with pet care including special needs. They are wonderful to communicate with and they provide peace of mind when we need our pets cared for whether it be afternoon walks, feeding or giving insulin shots. One of our cats is 13 years old and is diabetic. It is always a major challenge to find someone who can dispense the insulin. She is not an easy feline. We feel very confident that Cuddle Bear will be able to as they have a lot of experience with dispensing medicine. Melissa is very kind and knowledgeable with many skills including training. Melissa takes the time to talk with us and help in any way. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and managing that can be a whirlwind. Nicole is wonderful with our dogs. Melissa is just fantastic!  She always does a great job checking in on our kitties while we are away.  Every day she cleans food and water dishes, fills with fresh, scoops and sweeps litter, plays with them, and even brings packages in for us!  I'm not good at giving advance notice, and she has been able to accommodate us every single time!  She also has a fantastic memory and she is such a kind soul.  Not only does she watch them when we are away, she also comes to clip their nails when needed.  It is so nice to not have to stress out our cranky old kitty with a grooming trip.  She does all of these things at such a reasonable cost too!  We are so lucky to have Melissa's help! I have never used a pet care service before. My 13 year old Jack Russell is very aggressive and I was really nervous about having a stranger care for her. I was blown away with the way Cuddle Bear caregivers treated her. They were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! They were patient, caring, knowledgeable, and care so much about the animals. Melissa and her team (husband Will, and sister Amanda) at Cuddle Bear Pet Care go above and beyond every day they care for our two dogs.

When we started walks with Melissa and crew 6 months ago, we had recently moved from a neighborhood with lots of gated front yard dogs and our two dogs had developed anxiety and leash aggression towards other dogs on walks. Our cattle dog Freyja was lunging at passing cars and motorcycles. And our smaller dog Athena was pulling like crazy on leash. The combination of all this was making walks hectic and stressful for me and the dogs. I was also kindof embarrassed that the dogs had developed these issues and worried that a walker might not want to deal with it, or make the issues worse. Melissa was amazing, didn’t judge at all, and more than willing to work on this stuff during her walks! Freyja’s lunging at passing vehicles stopped within a week of Melissa working with her.

The biggest improvement we experienced was when I did a training session with Melissa, we spent an hour walking the dogs and getting on the same page with how to handle the aggression, puling and lunging on each walk. Since incorporating her techniques the dogs have improved so much, and we are actually enjoying our walks! Melissa keeps me up to date on progress, and lets me know when she introduces new skills to work on with the dogs. And if things come up that I want to work on she will incorporate them as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Cuddle Bear Pet Care. If you are looking for dog walking services, and or special needs services for your animals look no further!

I don’t even know how to fully express my thankfulness and gratitude to Melissa for the way she loves and cares for my babies when I am out of town for work. My cats are my children and leaving them has always been so hard. When I leave them with someone else (roommates) I come him to two very depressed and sad babies. Ever since I found Melissa, I come home to two babes who wish it was her walking through the door instead of me. Not only does she take care and play with babes, but she leaves my house looking exactly how I left it. My cats spray litter everywhere and not a speck of litter is on the floor when I come home. She sends me updates and fills me in on everything day to day. You can totally tell she loves animals and her heart for them is why she is SO amazing at what she does. I can now leave and feel so at ease knowing my babes will be so well taken care of. I don’t even know how to fully put my gratitude and thankfulness into words. I have a dog. An aggressive, terrifying, ready to kill every stranger that walks through the door 6lb Maltese named Minnie. Melissa and her burly but surprisingly cuddlly bear like husband Will met with my wife and I to discuss a plan for helping Minnie not want to rip everyone to shreds with murderous vengeance.When they came over the first time, Minnie, in an about face, loved them from the moment they met. They've helped her be less of the Trojan horse assassin she thought she was and continue to help her use diplomacy instead of war against our gardner, pool guy, and mail man. Thanks Melissa!
