I've been training with Lazaro for over 3 months now and have lost over 10kg during this time! Activities range from lifting, cardio, nordic walking and kettleblast! It's not only helped me physically but mentally too, I'm thinking more clearer, more productive and full of energy! I've learnt a lot from Lazaro on training techniques, diet, alcohol and also the Cuban culture! You get out what you put in so you have to be disciplined and committed! This class is excellent it’s simple but effective and can get harder as you get stronger very motivating in the class and nice energetic music to keep you going. Full body work out is what this gives and also gives extra lessons in the movement of individual exercises so when you do them in class you have better form And understanding on what exercises work which part of body I will make this a regualar weekly class to help with weight loss A good class for a fitness levels More...

I never thought that at my age I would be training with a personal trainer, however, I have been training with the Lazaro for 18 months. What I like about Lazaro is that no two sessions are ever the same, there is always a new challenge and they are tailored to me he knows my strengths and weaknesses. It is tough but you always feel alive after. The best thing is it works - I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been and still getting better. People I don't know walk up to me and say I look amazing - they've never done that before. I would recommend anyone to try some sessions and see the difference. More...

Lazaro is an awesome personal trainer who really cares about his clients. I trained with Lazaro ( Cuban cardio) for more than a year. He prepared me for my ever 1st first Ukbff bikini competition last November. I competed just a year after having my daughter. He helped me to achieve my goals. I go to his classes past 5 years Since then I have seen a massive changes. Not only I'm stronger, fitter but I look the way I always wanted to. Thanks to him I'm where I'm today.
