Clusters To Wine offers a range of Sommelier and wine tasting services including canape and buffet service to both corporate and private clients since 2009. Finding staff that are reliable is a difficult endeavour. Since 2017 we have 3 chefs, 6 sommeliers and our full-time waitress and waiter receives great feedback.

What do you love most about your job?
It takes years of practice and knowledge to be able to read a guest or situation.
Every client, every event is different. Knowing how to approach and to understand requirements is what we are good at.
To answer the question: When you see that the clients are happy with the service provided, it gives us a reason to continue to do what we do.
Bringing smiles and joy to a B`day party with fun and entertainment style not forgetting Health and Safety.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the catering sector for the past 30 years, it just makes sense to offer my expertise at an affordable price.
Vast knowledge of food, wine and mixology and able to offer this in a package to private and corporate clients is what I always wanted to do.
From a young age just finished catering school and won the Restaurateurs Trophy of Great Brittain at 18, I was conducting private lunches for the biggest Japanese bank and the headquarters of Royal Mail in London is what I enjoyed the most.

With a passion to succeed and to WOW any client is our goal. Nothing is too much and with a can-do attitude with clients passing CTW contact details on through word of mouth I have been able to build this business from the ground up.
