When you step onto the campus grounds the vibe and culture just draws you in. This is an amazing chef school. The lecturers and staff are so passionate and friendly and you can see it in the great attitude of the CTIA students.

I attended the chefs table lunch in Durban today. When approached by one the students during the week , I wasn't sure what to expect but wow, I was totally blown away.
Being vegetarian, means that there are always limited dishes for me, but not at this event. I had a variety to choose from and every single thing that I ate was amazing! Besides tasting amazing, their presentation was definitely on point �
The chefs were friendly, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and of course they are really talented in the kitchen! Well done CITA Durban, you guys rock!
