Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from CT Palm Trees. I used their winter service this past year and the destroyed my trees! I sent them a large palm, three large beautiful hibiscus trees and two large banana trees. What came back this spring was a shambles. The banana trees were cut off and gone! Like completely gone and my hibiscus trees were barely alive. Planters were scratched and damaged - what a mess!! And the most insane part is that the owner was there for the delivery and PRETENDED TO BE SOMEONE ELSE! so he couldn’t be held responsible. I paid over $2K for this and now they refuse to return calls and messages despite their guarantee (published on their website) that promises a refund if the trees are damaged or destroyed. Then they told me that even though they have a guarantee online that they have no plans of adhering to it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - this place is a scam. More...
