They were very prompt to return my call after I visited their website which was within just a few hours. They gave me a quote and started the work the next day.

I can't even believe how unprofessional these people are. I schedule cleaning weeks in advance for an 11:15am appointment. I scheduled a move out clean as I was leaving but 2/4 roommates were still there. I still needed the move out clean per my landlords rental agreement. They don't show up till 1:00pm (the email I got told me they have 1 hour leeway time) and when I'm trying to figure out what the hell happened. Dasia tells me that my appointment was moved but couldn't tell me why. What kind of office manager can't figure out why my appointment was pushed back. She's trying to get a hold of Anita (the so called owner) who called me back 2 hours later from about 12:15. Mind you I'm moving out so obviously I have other cleaning and contract appointments to tend to while still needing to get in the road to move back to Southern California. Everything I talked to Dasia about ends up being inconsistent with what I talked to Anita about and Anita is just making excuses the whole time. "Well she told you that because she wasn't looking at the notes" "everybody else got the email that things were pushed back, guess you just didn't" "well we have a missing person and blah blah blah" (I ended up with 3 instead of the supposed 2 that were supposed to show up for whatever reason) "if there were 2 or 3 they still would have taken the same amount of time" "I didn't realize the house want empty so it's taking them longer (well since she read the damn notes so well she shouldve realized that when I put it in the damn notes weeks ago!) "well they didn't wear shoe covers on your newly cleaned carpet because they didn't know and it's an extra item they weren't aware needed to be added to the car". Somebody explain to me why it is asking too much for cleaning ladies to keep shoe covers along with all their other products in the car and put them on when they realize the carpet is still wet from being cleaned since they were so late. Best part! So I'm trying explain all this and my frustrations to Anita and had the nerve to tell me when after I told her that I need to be compensated and told her that I'm taking 50% off. And no this number didn't come out of nowhere, I come from a hotel brand who does it's best to make sure we make it right for a guest who has a bad stay. She tells me they best she can do is $30 off because they came and did the job so if you don't pay we'll just send it to collections. Like who mentions collections to a customer who is obviously disgruntled. These are terribly unprofessional people who have no idea how to handle a customer and I promise to report them to the BBB. STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could leave a -5 star review I would. For over a month we attempted to have services started at our business. Finally, we scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Friday, even though we had requested 7am on a Monday. At 9:50am on the Friday they were supposed to start when I called and spoke to Anita to find out why they were not yet at our business I was told "this isn't going to work, I am cancelling your appointment". We waited 2 weeks to have them clean and did not hire another company that could do it sooner because we had an appointment scheduled with BA. I paid an employee to come in on their day off to be at the business when they showed up on their FIRST visit. They could not even make it to their FIRST appointment with us and when called on it Anita acted like a 10 year old girl and took her toys and went home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Laundry
