What’s your signature dish?
Our focus is great food!!! We are a BBQ Catering Company and we do awesome BBQ meats and comfort food side dishes. We have found depending on what they like that is their signature dish. People love our Chicken, Tri-Tip, Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Ribs. For Sides our Loaded Mashed potatoes and Mac Cheese are very popular for a healthier choice our Italian Pasta Salad and Quinoa Tabouli salads are very popular.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We talk to our clients and determine what is best for their guests, budget and event type and go from there. We also do many events through email and text as our clients are busy we take care of all the details for them. You let us know where and when and we will be there with everything you need for your catered meal.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with clients and meeting interesting people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have done this for a long time for charity events. It's something we love doing and as a business it offers us the time to donate our time and talents.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for great food, we are your choice. Every event is a custom event, all orders are cooked to order and we don't take short cuts. Great BBQ takes time and we put in the time for every client.
