You've taken the first step towards a new healthier you. And we all know the first one is always the hardest one. You've decided it's time to break the old habits and start some new ones.

For most people what we want is just to get a bit fitter, to lose weight and maybe tone up a bit as well. You know that your diet is maybe not as good as it could be, but there's so much mixed information out there, that it's hard to know what to eat (or when or how much) for the weight loss you seek.

If you come to Crysalis to start you on the path, we confirm that we'll always work with you not against you. Crysalis Fitness exists to help you to get where you want to be, to put you in control of your fitness, because it only really works if you're going to be at the centre of the fitness programme we work out for you.

Working on what you already know and can do, we will introduce exercises and routines that really work and make things easier for you, not harder.

We know that one of the biggest problems is time, nobody has enough of it, it seems. So you need to learn how to find the time to exercise and eat right amidst all the other stuff that's going on in your life.

With over 25 years health and fitness experience, we can work with you regardless of how old you are, how fit (or not you are), whatever shape you have or if you are recovering from an injury as well.

For the older person, please keep in mind we know how it feels to wake up not feeling good, when it felt fine yesterday. We know about things not seeming to work the way they used to, that bit of weight which seems so hard to lose no matter what you do. We can help with all of that and more.

If you prefer to train with a friend/partner etc. we can arrange for group sessions as well, but still aiming at your specific needs.
