This Crunch is located in a low income, high crime ghetto just northwest of Fort Lauderdale. Â I mention this because you know the members here are here to seriously work out and are not plastic people like you find at my Crunch on Sunset Blvd in LA. Â On the plus side this gym is huge and they have a lot of equipment. Â This makes it so much easier because you are not always bumping into people. Â The staff seemed nice. Crunchfitness is a place where there is truly the freedom of working out without fear of judgment. I lost 50lbs last year by taking the HIIT classes,zumba and working out on the equipment. Trainers and staff are great!!

I signed up for this gym when I got engaged because I wanted to look better in my wedding dress. I signed up for personal training with Tyler Washington and it was the best decision I made. She always seemed to push me the right amount, checked in on me to see if I did my other workouts, and she listened to my limitations (bad knees, asthma) and worked around them. She also helped me out with nutrition and knowing what foods to eat. If I had questions, no matter how weird, she'd answer them or help me find the answer. Â I met some of the other trainers and they were all very friendly and greeted me whenever I was there. If you're looking for someone to help you reach your goals and to genuinely care about your progress Crunch is a good place to start but Tyler is the best person to help you. More...

I just got a new membership at this spot and it's legit. The club is in great shape. All the employees are really friendly and to be honest I have tried other gyms around the area and none compare to the service I get when I go to crunch. This is the best gym I've been to hands down! I love it here because the staff is always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable, they treat you like family. The will always go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I enjoyed my FM position at Crunch. I was able to help cultivate some greener trainers and have a fun and productive environment. The drawbacks for me was the crazy hours and commute that I had to deal with daily. It was a grind and I have two young kids.
