From the moment I posted the job on My Builder the brilliant impressions of CRSL started straight away.
Tamara replied to the job I posted within a few minutes of it being posted on My Builder and responsed to any message I sent in a very very quick fashion.
We had a few messages back and forwards regarding my needs for an alarm system but at all times everything was clear and comprehensive and the final quote was based on what we needed and they never tried to make us buy us anything that we didn't need.
Then we move onto Lionel who did all the work. What else can I say he is careful (using dust sheets where ever he was working, making the tools were put back to avoid the kids playing with them), considerate and very polite. He suggested the best locations for all items but also took my ideas on board (position of the sensors, or of the alarm bell housing). Lionel even came back one evening late on to install some more sensors and configure alarm fobs and nothing was a problem for him.
I will definetily use him in future for other works and will also use him for maintenance of the system he has installed. I am also pretty positive that if I have any issues going forward he will be on hand to assist and advice.
