Visited Croxleys Friday night. Gabby was an amazing bartender / server. I had the blue cheese burger and my dad had the Cajun blackened chicken sandwich.

And since it was my birthday last week, we had a few great IPA beers and I had a shot of mango tequila.

Can't wait to go back !! More...

I am so thankful to the amazing manager and waitresses who let me come in on a last minute basis and let me set up a table for my fiancés 30th birthday last night. They were extremely accommodating and helped us make his surprise perfect! We were there for the first time last night. The burgers were delicious. Our waitress was fantastic. I think her name was Athena,not 100% on that. ..She truly appeared to like her job and it showed. This place has the most cordial bartenders especially the guy during happy hour. He is just amazing and attentive. Good job croxleys if you are lucky enough to have Doug as your bartender, you will definitely have a great time.

Very nice restaurant. Delicious food, we had the nacho supreme, for an appetizer, it was huge! My boyfriend actually too half home. We each had different burgers, to try both, one BBQ one with bleu cheese, both were great...and we both took half home! Great service too. We went with a Groupon and our waitress clearly explained everything, even accommodated us by substituting beer with another beverage. Great place. More...

Saw the mouthwatering cheeseburger ads on my feed and even though I don't eat beef, cheese or white bread, something about the ad appealed to me and I was right. I was looking for a place between here and huntington to meet my parents and have dinner with my three kids who are good but not really a match for an upscale Italian type place. I wanted loud but not too loud. Casual but not a dive. This was exactly that. And the service was perfect. They knew their stuff and when they didn't they asked. Oh their stuff by the way is about 80 beers including gluten free! The $10 soft pretzel app was amazing. Could do without the nachos with cheese sauce. The steak salad was a little heavy on the lettuces but really big and good. Everyone loved their meals. Would definitely go back. More...

The post below on what took place on 2/4/2017 is misleading and false. I make this statement since I was a customer present that night who witnessed and had to deal with the juvenile behavior that was displayed by this girl and her spineless boyfriend. I describe him as spineless since all he knew how to do was curse out the bartender by calling her a “ F___king C__ t, telling her “F__ k You” and proceeding to curse me out. Their behavior was one of spoiled brats - what is now known as a “Snowflake”. They didn’t get their way and then felt that they needed to create an issue.

To be clear - the bartender, the management, and security at Croxleys were professional and handled this matter in a way so that none of the other customers were distracted from enjoying their evening. In her post below, she comments that she wanted to "rest me feet” and that she ordered food (correct, she ordered a pretzel). She felt at the time that this entitled her to take another customers bar stool. She was also told more than once that another person was already sitting in this seat but she did not care and sat down anyway. This seat was not reserved for anyone - the person their had stepped outside and was coming back in.

She also makes reference that the bartender broke the code of bartender ethics, but based on this comment, she probably has never bartended. If she had bartended before, she would know that the bartender was only doing her job. The bartender was addressing an issue that these two created and wanted to make sure it would not get out of hand.

What I find amusing is, if in fact this person has been going to Croxleys for so many years, why? In her own words, she stated the following “The beer is flat, service is terrible and the food is shitty and over price”. If that was true, why would she keep going back? I have been going to Croxleys for many years now and dispute everything this girl says - the service is great, the entire staff is professional and courteous, the food is great, and I have never dealt with a flat beer once. I for one am glad that she and her entitled friends will not be coming back as the clientele at Croxleys should not have to deal with these individuals who only knew how to curse out a bartender, curse out a customer that was easily twice their age, and had no regards to the other customers present.
