They were catering a recent event at the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute. Wow! The food was unbelievable. I still dream about the cream potatoes with bacon! The service was amazing, very professional, the layout was great, and Craig was awesome to talk too! Craig, those potatos.. wow!!
