Lovely massage, amazing thalassotherapy pool and Sauna and Steam rooms. All rounded off with a delicious cream tea and teapot of a gin cocktail of our choice while sitting by the Thames! A perfect day.

Lovely atmosphere, really enjoyed our afternoon which was an early birthday treat. Had a swim first, then massage, followed by pedicure and wish I hadn't been going to the theatre as would have stayed longer. The manager Kamilia was so helpful and offered me a discount on my next visit so I can try other treatments. Will be setting the whole day aside next week. Highly recommended More...

Overall experience was amazing! Friendly and very helpful attentive staff, the suite was incredible, the spa itself was lovely and the spa experience was fantastic. Lovely place, great food and staff but PLEASE sort out the aircon in the elevator lobbies and the elevators, the heat in there is oppressive, like being in the jungle

Absolutely delighted with everything about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful and they made us feel very welcome. We got an upgrade to a junior suite which was very spacious yet modern with excellent facilities of robes, slippers, fridge, kettle, espresso machine with a selection of pods, a very swanky lighting system and an amazing bathroom complete with 2 system walk-in shower, very good vanity area and a tub with a tv in the bath. The view of the Thames was rather fabulous with a helicopter landing pad too - we saw one land but the room was so excellently sound proofed we didn’t hear a thing! The Spa was absolutely amazing too. What a treat to get such great facilities - we were totally relaxed when we left! We love the Crowne Plaza in general but will definitely go back to this one - loved it! More...

I had a lovely time with 4 cousin coming from USA wanting a high tea or afternoon tea experience. I took my 2 kids age 2 and 3 years old. Both can be a challenge. The waiter was so understanding and professional. The manager had serve us a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The enivroment look clean. However, not sure if there were a lot of parking spaces. Did arrive on Ulber. Tea was cold but got a replacement straight away. Food was presentable but very small and did look exactly like groupon picture. Fruit tarts were a soggy. No bagle as on picture. Loved the room fab bathroom with slippers/robes provided, lighting system was strange & took a while to work out, excellent facilities, was confusing checking in/checking out as questions over parking which I had booked through justpark app, was nearly charged again! Lovely hotel. Attentive staff. Our only issue was the heating was stuck on hot hot hot for the whole day and night. Staff apologised for the ongoing problems and provided us with fans which didn’t really help but at least they were trying. Also got some money off by way of compensation. Fab. Fab. Fab. Checked in and had an upgrade to an executive room. Gorgeous room, spacious, stylish and a luxury bathroom with a TV. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The food and drinks were great. The service was really good. Our friend had a really fatty steak, so another one was offered and that one was quite fatty too but apart from that, a truly wonderful hotel and stay. I am going to say I love this hotel as I do it's amazing. However last night we booked the riverside suite 1401(if you know, you know! ) for my daughters surprise birthday treat. This is not the first time we had stayed in this suite. However the fact the lift to our floor was broke and we had to use a service elevator situated in the store room with all the dirty washing kinda drew attention away from why we booked!
