Easy to find of the motorway, ample parking. Hotel receptionist really professional and very nice. The hotel it’s self is modern and inviting. We stayed in room 252, it was spotless, a lovely touch with the chocolates. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying. More...

Horrendous .... nice & clean, practical - BUT ..
Despite the fact I've paid upfront with debit card for my room, paid for my parking, paid for my evening meal .... they refuse to trust me enough to allow an order of AN ICE CREAM unless I get up, get dressed, put my face back on, secure away, lick up, drag myself down to reception .....
FOR THE SAKE OF £3 !!!!
Lemmie pick my jaw offa the floor - I'm rarely speechless �

This is the second time staying here.. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was great with a lovely view of the lake. The only problem was the kettle in our room. The lid and handle were dirty and I had to clean it before I could make us a cup of tea. Not really what you expect as not exactly cheap to stay here. Did report it on check out and gentleman was apologetic. Would stay again but maybe housekeeping could do with a little more training. More...

Only stayed one night to attend the BBC Good Food Summer Show. Check in was efficient and friendly as were all the staff and we couldn't fault much at all.
Food was excellent and parking not bad value at £10 per 24hrs being within 600yds of the NEC.
Only minor gripe was we asked for a non slip bath mat to go on the base of the bath. After waiting 90 minutes and asking twice the gentleman brought up an ordinary mat to go on the bathroom floor. He went away again only to ring the room 20 minutes later saying they don't have any!

Spent one night in hotel prior to a seminar. Arrived at around 9pm and after checking in made my way to the bar to get some food.
Had gourmet burger which was very nice. The reception staff and waitresses in the bar were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast wasn’t included in my package so paid separately - £13-95 - the breakfast wasn’t bad but have had better. Thought the price was very expensive.
The meeting facilities were excellent.

Great hotel with a great breakfast and lovely staff, little things like the sleep aid pillow spray we're nice little touches. ..only downfall was the room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were allowed to leave our stuff in there so not a huge inconvenience although the previous occupants room service tray with dirty plates etc was left outside our room until very late in the day, long after the room had been cleaned More...

Lovely hotel and room. Bottles of water in our room along with mints. There was also a spray for your pillow if you wished to use it to aid a peaceful nights sleep.
Room service was excellent. We were told half an hour for food to be delivered but it arrived with in 10 minutes.
Very convenient location for the NEC and the Genting Arena. Plenty of places to eat to sort all tastes with in very close walking distance too.
I would have given it a 5 star rating but there was a downside.
The down side was the air con did not work, which was needed as it was a roasting day. We found a fan to use but had to leave it running all night to keep cool. Also food trays outside rooms along the corridor when we arrived and still there when we went out an hour later. Management were most apologetic though and they were removed by the time we returned an hour later.

My room was immaculate, nothing was broken and it looked great. Checking in and out took mere moments. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all attentive and cheerful. I enjoy my stay here immensely.
