Â Hired Crown Limo in July to provide transportation for a December wedding -- 32-person black limo bus for wedding party, 7-passenger black SUV transport for guests to/from home to church to reception and back, and 14-passenger black MBZ sprinter for a shuttle transport between reception and hotels after wedding ended. From Chicago knowing nothing about LA. Uber/Lyft are a pain at LAX since getting a car is a shuttle away, schlepping suitcases, etc. etc. It was Christmas Day and didn't want a hassle. When traveling w kids - young or old - the 1st steps off the plane to a ride can cause an "I told you so" and didn't feel like dealing w that. This is a story. Did a search and got The Who-the-heck-knows from that. Didn't call Crown at the get-go. Called 2 others - but they were booked. I AM SO LUCKY. Went to Yelp and found Crown Limo. Booked and is there a word that elevates SMOOTH? As, Crown is beyond Smooth. What a delight. Gary was waiting for us at baggage w the last name sign. Bags to the car. In Cadillac Escalade w chilled water, waiting. Asked about some other areas and he drove around and pointed out the hip spots to visit and truthfully, felt welcomed and relaxed for our LA vacation.5 days later - w fondness - called Crown for a ride back to the airport w Sam - great guy. Not much traffic (surprising in LA) and too much time to kill. My daughter wanted to go to In and Out and Sam offered to take us. After some Animal Fries and a Double w milkshake, of course - Sam dropped us off at LAX.These guys, this company, are not limo drivers - they are chauffeurs w a bit of Conceirge mixed in. Crown Limo was very quick in responding to my initial quote for next day service. The price quoted was the total price paid without any hidden or additional charges. We rented the Sprinter Limo which included complimentary bottled water and sodas.Our driver, Kevin, was AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend Crown Limo. As an executive assistant, I've had to book a lot of private car services for business professionals and Crown has been extremely professional and reliable. They have been a godsend since LAX moved Uber/Lyft pickups to a different location instead of at the terminal. Booking with Crown is very easy and they have always been able to accommodate my requests - even when the request is for the next day. Their team is very responsive to changes and are in regular communication with clients. We had an issue once with a driver - nothing too major but just not the level of service we had experienced in the past. I called the office to talk through what happened and was immediately put in touch with senior management. They generously offered to comp our next reservation and followed up personally via email to ensure that our experience was great - which it was! This thoughtfulness really makes a difference, especially when you are a regular client booking on behalf of others and want to ensure that they have a seamless trip. We had a group of 15 of us in for a fun weekend in LA. Â We rented the 16 person Mercedes Sprinter vehicle for the day to take us to the Vikings game in Carson. Â Demetrius was our driver and he was awesome. Â So kind and a great driver. Â He was early to pick us up, took us to a bar where we could get drinks before the game and got us to the game in plenty of time. Â Then picked us up right after the game and drove us around for awhile before heading back to the hotel. I had to go to LAX and Crown was t my house early (I left at 5:30 am) Very nice driver. Â My return flight was delayed for over 5 hours. Â The airline kept changing the tie. What a life savor Crown Limousine is ! Â Called to get picked up for the airport leaving for Brazil they made a few stops for us to pick up other people on the way and it was wonderful not to worry about anything ! From the first email transaction to the last minute of the night of the party I couldn't have been treated any better! !! The Mercedes Sprinter was perfect and it was sparkling clean and elegant. My conversations and emails with Sergio always more than satisfied my questions and needs. The BEST in LA. Called Crown after another company cancelled on me the day before. Jackie totally came through with a better price and a nicer vehicle. Her communication and attention to detail was over the top. After telling her what kind of guests we were hosting she chose Dave to drive them. His professionalism and temperament was spot on. I received nothing but compliments from all our guests as well as the President & CEO of my company. The next day I was asked to book a SUV for a smaller group of guests which the President was hosting. Again Jackie chose the perfect driver for them. Eddie was great! He not only drove them but served coffee and pastries on the way and made sure they all could use the WiFi because the drive to the first stop was 90 mins away. I used their service for a corporate airport pick up - since LAX has new rules about uber/taxi we thought it was best to use a car service so ensure we weren't stuck at the airport. I reached out to Crown Limousine for a quote and they got back to me within 15 minutes. After confirming everything, I just had to sign an online credit authorization form and we were good to go. The day before your appointment they send a reminder email. For each of the 3 trips had book with crown during our week, each driver was very courteous and made sure our 2 kids had a great time/ride. Each time they were early and got notification when they arrived and were ready. Even when I had to make a change in time over the phone for one of our pickups, they were accommodating and very polite over the phone.
