My 60th Birthday party 3rd Feb 17 @ Monk Fryston Hall, Lisa at White Rose Wedding cakes, could not have been more helpful or friendly. She spent time to plan with me and the end result was perfect, to which the photos do not do justice.
The guests said the cupcakes were divine, beautiful, tasty etc. And I took the top cake to work , they absolutely loved it.would not hesitate to order again from White Rose Wedding cakes...Can't wait for my Wedding Anniversary!! More...

Absolutely first-class, I have used White Rose many time's when I lived in Yorkshire. I am unable to find a local baker that is up to Lisa's high and exacting standards. Lisa made my wedding cake last week and I honestly couldn't be happier !!!!
She arrived on time and set it up for me - I didn't need to worry about a thing. Her customer service was outstanding! I am WELL aware of how much of a bridezilla I was, and Lisa didn't mind in the slightest! I must have changed the design for my cake about 3 times and she remained patient and made me the most perfect cake I've ever seen in my life. I'm sending of to get a mini clay replica made - I loved it that much! I didn't want to cut it :( but honestly , Lisa will be my regular baker for any cake I need now days. Lisa was amazing from start to finish. She truly is a perfectionist and we're so glad we chose her to make our Wedding cake. She listened to our ideas and added some really helpful suggestions too. The price was very reasonable for all the hours that she must have put in to ensure that our cake was exactly how we'd asked for it. The detail was amazing, we had a cascade of roses running down and each one was handcrafted, petal by petal. She even used different shades to create a truly authentic look.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to family and friends.
One suggestion would be to book in plenty of time because they're very popular and get booked up quickly.

Lisa created the most beautiful cake for our wedding last month which not only looked great but also tasted delicious. She spent a lot of time going through the details of what we wanted and made suggestions to ensure that everything was just right. I'd found an image of a cake I liked on Pinterest and Lisa did an amazing job of replicating it. One of the layers was glittery & Lisa experimented with various mixes of glitter to create the exact look & colour we wanted. Cake ordered for my wedding in July 16. Wasn't too sure what to get due to the colours and theme and Lisa was bursting with ideas and has a great imagination. Lisa is such a talented cake maker - not only are her designs absolutely beautiful but the cakes inside are delicious too. I ordered a four tier wedding cake with each tier a different flavour: it was a huge hit and we received so many compliments. I don't live in Leeds so had to communicate with Lisa via email during the design and ordering of the cake - she was extremely responsive and made many helpful suggestions so the entire process was a pleasure. I found Lisa by searching the internet. I knew that I wanted a contemporary cake but couldn't seem to find anyone that made them. From the moment I contacted her I knew I had made the right choice, Lisa was enthusiastic and professional, she spent ages talking us through the idea I had in my head and made it a reality. The cake looked stunning and tasted even better. I really cannot recommend Lisa highly enough she is not only a fabulous baker but a truly talented artist!

Lisa made our wedding cake and we were delighted with the outcome. Everyone loved our figurines and were amazing at how detailed they were. What an amazing cake maker AND person!! With a week to organise my baby girls Christening I needed a beautiful cake and fast! How happy was I to find Crossgates cakes! Lisa was a God send, she asked my budget, my ideas and worked with those to create a perfect cake for my daughters Christening! Bless her, she was working into the small hours perfecting it for me so it would be ready to collect first thing Sunday morning!
