The coaches are great and very caring, they watch and are very helpful in providing feedback on executing proper lofting technique. Its a lot more than just crossfit : you really feel you are part of a family.
This box emphasizes on weightlifting, which is great.
All the wods are planned to achieve specific goals. If you choose crossfit trent, you will for sure have fun, improve your overall health/performance and enjoy suffering with your new crossfit family.
