I drop-in yesterday afternoon, my hotel was only one block away. The people are super friendly and motivating - Coach Melissa and Coach Daniel & the athletes. I came in on their rest day, which is the day to make up for a WOD missed the previous week. I chose the 18.2 Open WOD. Thank goodness Coach Daniel was there to push me through. Best box I have “drop in” ever! Due to my job I have had the opportunity to sample numerous boxes across the county. Each box I visit is hit or miss, dictated by my client’s location, available transportation and the hours I work (does my hours match the boxes)? This husband and wife team know what they are doing and run an excellent box. The WODs are well thought out, with the weekS planned (not just the day or current week). The box is well stocked and the equipment is in excellent shape. The box is clean (granted, for a box, so not a spa). The athletes are friendly (granted as an out of towner, I just do my thing and run off)! I highly recommend this box to locals (if you live in Indiana, work out first and let the bridge traffic dissipate) and those looking to drop in. More...
