I'm still new and absolutely love it. There isn't that same intimidating feeling from gym, the coaches are amazing, and guide you according to your level of fitness. I'm overweight and smoke 30+ daily, so hardly a fitness freak. I can't wait to go to my next session. Come join and change your life! More...
