My son has been going there for 3 weeks..he loves it. The staff and people that workout there have gone out of their way to help him to learn the exercises. I would highly recommend this gym.

I can't say enough good things about this organization. I'm new to this type of workout and the owners/staff Crossfit Royalty are friendly and generous with their knowledge. They even offered a free trial and weren't sales-pitchy or high pressure afterwards. As a first time Crossfitter, I couldn't be happier with Crossfit Royalty! Pete, the owner makes you feel welcome and part of the family from day. He is quick to respond to questions and emails. Pete's staff is top notch as well. They really take the time to make sure I am doing each exercise properly to get the most out of each movement and I don't injure myself. Last but not least, the members are great. Very welcoming and quick to help and give pointers. There is no judgement from staff or other members of anyone's abilities. Great place!
