This gym is a great place to work out whether you're just getting into a fitness routine or an experienced athlete. The atmosphere has always been fun and everyone is helpful and encouraging. The staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, explaining technical concepts in relate-able ways. The nature of the training keeps you productive yet challenged no matter you ability level. The coaches at PWM are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and fun. PWM offers goal-oriented training with an emphasis on improving athletic performance in AND outside of the gym.
