AWESOME family atmosphere! I have been a member now for about 2 months and the experience has been nothing shy of outstanding! The coaches are very passionate about their teaching, they spend as much time as needed working on technique of movements, meanwhile challenging you to achieve your personal goals each and every workout. The coaches show interest in you and your personal development "story". They want to see you succeed and they are always there to help you achieve your goals. The community is very friendly and welcoming from day one, I've been motivated through SEVERAL workouts by other members and they encourage me to strive for more every workout.For folks who may be looking to make a change in their life, but may be intimidated by the Crossfit name or nervous to try something so new, don't hesitate. CrossFit Lacertus is an amazing CrossFit gym! They make new members feel welcome, the coaches are patient, knowlwdagble, and very encouraging! I enjoyed going to CrossFit Lacertus because everyone is very encouraging and they involve everyone regardless of their experience. I enjoyed the style of training because Coach Ruck was motivating; I was pushed but the trainer was not overly aggressive. Coach Ruck did a good job letting my group know in advance what to expect for the hour class ahead. I appreciated that he reiterated how to complete each exercise right before having to perform it to help ensure proper execution. Finally, albeit the classes are tough, the group workouts have been fun and productive. I highly recommend!!!!! More...

Awesome, clean facility. Great knowledgeable trainers who ensure you are doing the exercises properly using proper form. I have been going to this gym for almost 1 year now. The owner, coaches, members and equipment are amazing! I have lost over 40Ibs and are now in fantastic physical shape. The owner, T, is an amazing coach, inspiration and teacher. He wants you to succeed and knows when to push and when to encourage you.
