CrossFit Jax Beach was the perfect landing place for myself and my partner! We had a bit of CrossFit experience before but got great, hands on help with the basics and form of all of the movements. Justin, Dawn & Graham are absolutely incredible people and coaches and we’re so lucky to have them helping us on our own fitness journey! Been a member here over 2 years. Started at 67 years old. Absolutely my best life decision. This place ROCKS!! Dawn & Justin are amazing, as are other staff. Always making sure our form & technique correct to avoid injury. Make working out fun. They make it a place you want to go to, not an obligation because you paid a membership fee. Not even sure where to begin!! From the very first time we spoke with them over the phone I was impressed! The entire team which includes all the members that we have shared a workout with are incredible people! If you are looking for fantastic coaching paired up with an amazing community of people, you would be missing out if you didn’t come check out this box. I am part of a special over 50 group that Justin and Dawn were brave enough to share their knowledge of working out ! They have a lot of patience and encouragement ! I was thrown into this gym by a good friend of mine, under the assumption that I was there to loose weight and get out. Well things didn't go as planed.
I have gone completely "CrossFit Crazy"!
Why?
Because of the great coaches Dawn and Justin.
They are able to keep an eye on new comers insuring to reinforce techie, form, and safety.
Because of the great people that make up this box I look forward to seeing them each morning. Everyone is encouraging, positive, and they provide friendly competition.
CrossFit is definitely for me, and I'm happy to call this box home. Come join you won't regret it.
