I started CrossFit a few months ago, and dropped into the Fox Den while visiting family for the holidays. Loved this place. Clean, spacious gym, and I learned so much from just one session here. The coach was quick to give feedback, which really helped me learn how to do the movements right and really get the most out of my workout. Dropped in for a quick workout this last Thursday. Met Nate, the owner and was set up in no time. The place was clean and organized. The workout was intelligently programmed. This was the best box i have visited so far. I am a recovering drug addict i started using at age 7 i have lost everything in my life to drugs and have been in and out of jail rehab and prison my whole life when i got out of prison two and a half years ago i was workin out and staying clean between all that work and N. A meetings i stayed clean a little over a year ago i started crossfit and somthing about it has really changed my life i feel like a compleatly different person this box i love the community feel of crossfit this box is a great testament to it great progamming great coaching thanks for the experience. When I arrived, Nate was helpful and able to give me instructions to get me through the class. He was great at instructions and helpful in making corrections to my form. I planned on taking a CrossFit break while I was on vacation for 3 weeks, but I found myself at this gym my first day in Summerville. I was very pleased with the programming, as I had been following on Facebook for a few weeks to find the best gym to drop in to. I clearly chose the right place. Nate is an amazing coach and gave me more coaching and feedback than the box back home in Missouri I have been at for the past 10 months. He invested a lot of time and energy in helping me, even knowing that I would only be around for a few weeks. I will be using this gym every time I visit my parents in the future. More...

If you are looking for some where to get fit, tone up, or just be a healthier you. I recommend Cross fit Fox Den. They are amazing here! The coaches are all super friendly and very willing to help you met your goals. They actually listen to you and treat you like a human. Which I know from experience not every gym does. I love this place. They have multiple classes through out the day to better serve their members. Even if you are like me and can not begin with cross fit right away they work with you to get you ready to do the routines. They are very active in social media and they are very proud of the progress their members make on a day to day basis. They are just an amazing group of people, the members included. Definitely a highlight when I come back to visit my parents. Nate and his team are very knowledgeable and are there to assist you. Recommendations and alternative exercises are always provided.
