Over the last 2 years this gym and its people became like our family. The community we have here is one where everyone is welcome and accepted. I love that my husband and I can train together and that we made friends for a lifetime. Our fitness, skills and strengh keep on improving and we love everything about it. Going to our afternoon class is a higlight for us each day. The coaches take a personal interest in each individual, helping them to achieve their fitness goals while we are still having the fun of exercising in a group who supports and encourages each other, no matter what fitness level. I joined this box 6 months ago, and I haven't experienced such a sense of community anywhere else. I have come a long way in my fitness journey, having suffered from chronic asthma my entire life. It has held me back from achieving anything fitness related, but in the short while I have been with CEY, I gained so much: a level of fitness I didn't think possible. And all with the help of some wonderful trainers. And not just that, I have gotten to know such amazing people!These trainers have pushed me further than I thought I could go and I know there is still so much more I am capable with, with their help. CrossFit is all about community and its fantastic doing a drop in while traveling and being made to feel welcome. The box has a high energy vibe. Great welcome at the door.
