Kevin is an amazing coach...he spends time teaching proper movements, and is truly interested in every member's progress and success. Crossfit Affinity is the best around!
Kevin and Matt are excellent and knowledgable trainers. They are always there to help and go the extra mile to get you to your fitness goals.
Highly recommended if you want a great workout in a technique focused environment. There is no easy day!
