What a find this place has been and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Had both my side skirts and wing mirrors on my BMW 5 Series repaired and resprayed at an affordable cost. Pricing was determined via pictures I sent, before booking myself in at a convenient time. No fuss, no hassle. Discovering this place made my day. Super genuine, generous and carring service. I was clearly explained about the work involved in repair of my car and they were able to fit it in within the limited time I had. It was possible to live with the torn bumper, and people suggested just pulling the door. But I wanted to know what I could do more and how much it costs. This garage was very professional dealing with my car, I had an accident with a third party and I ended up choosing this garage. I took my previously mint Alfa Giulietta to Cross lane based on not being able to find a bad word written about them on line. I told them was quite fussy and was assured I would be happy with the repair of the two drivers side doors I found dents in one morning.Good to their word the car really was repaired perfectly and I honestly would struggle to tell anything happened to it. I have a honda Jazz that got side swiped and several panels needed work and the front bumper was bent. Crosslane did a fantastic job! They have a great attitude towards customer service. Great service and great result. First of all..when you go there everyone treats you as if you are a long lasting friend. .everyone smiles and they answer all your questions no matter how stupid they might seem..and they are never bothered to do so. Secondly the actual paint work looks amazing, as I could not establish any difference between the old and new parts..very very good work. Thirdly the price is also great..if i had to use the dealership, they would probably change the part with a new one..plus paint it..would cost a fortune. I found the car scratched one day in the parking, however nothing major...but sufficient to give me a sad feeling (don't ask). Lastly, very quick...3 days start to finish..and they got it washed as wel. Long story short...i will definitely use these guys again...and I highly recommend you do the same for bodyshop issues.
