Crosby Heating - what an honest and legitimate service. Out to see me the very next morning, and the diagnosis and quote resulted in the suggestion to look into a Home Care package with British Gas as it will save me money in the long run. Would highly recommend Craig and the team. We had an ancient back boiler replaced with a new combi-boiler, replacing the mains gas pipe and re-routing the current heating system, they even managed to hide some of the ugly pipe work in the corner of the room under the floorboards. We went on holiday whilst the work was done and we couldn’t have been happier when we got back, the house was exactly as we’d left it and everything worked perfectly. Want to say a massive thank you to Craig and Frank who have replaced our burst water tanks and brought an end to 3 days of utter misery where we had a leaking kitchen ceiling, no water and no heating. They have done an excellent job at an excellent price and we're now snug and warm again (not to mention clean after not being able to have a bath for 3 days). I have used this company for many years and have recommended them to numerous friends who have been equally satisfied by the service they received. My father needed some work doing so i had to look up the number to arrange a repair. I was totally shocked by the negative review recently sent in. whilst i accept that everyone is entitled to their opinion, i can assure you that this is the go to company if you want a professional, competetitive and clean job doing. Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the work that Craig and his team carried out on an overhaul of the pipework from our combi, with replacement radiators. Very friendly and the work carried out without any delay or problems. The quality of the workmanship evidenced by the pipework is arranged to the radiators to give a good finish. A big appeal for choosing Crosby Heating & Gas over others (not only, again, the friendly service) but also Craig's familiarity with the style of housing stock in the area, and steps he went to to keep disruption and making good to a minimum. Also worth a mention that the quality of radiators are probably the best you can get and have made the house much warmer. They did a lot of work for us in just one day which I was pretty amazed about. I am now very happy to know a gas and heating company that I can trust, and I will be looking to drop our current big national boiler cover in favour of using and supporting Crosby Heating & Gas instead. Our (rather old) CH boiler went on 2/6/17, called Craig and came out the next day, quoted a price by Sunday and today (7/6/17) we have a new combi boiler system! ! What more can you say except, he's super efficient, very polite, cleaned up any mess and a decent price too! Oh and a 10 year warranty on the boiler as he's Baxi accredited! I've used Craig and his team for many years for various jobs ranging from annual landlord gas safety inspections/servicing to installation of complete GCH systems (Worcester Boilers with Worcester Wave smart heating control). Craig has also dealt with numerous plumbing work (leaking pipes, bathroom installation etc.) over the years. The standard of work has always been excellent and this company take great pride in their work and client satisfaction. I've recommended Crosby Heating to many friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
