I have been having PT sessions with Jack a couple of months now and I am really pleased with him and results are starting to show (even with Christmas in between) I would highly recommend him, he is really friendly and makes you feel at ease.

I have been training with Jack twice a week for the past 5 months. Having had a PT in the past and not seeing the results I was looking for, I turned to Jack and couldn't be happier. Jack is very professional, clearly loves his job and puts 100% into every session, keeping each session interesting and tailoring workouts to the individual. I have always enjoyed exercising but as I am a teacher I have always found it hard to fit in workouts or hit the gym! I decided that I wanted a personal trainer to keep me motivated and help me achieve results! I now meet with Jennie once a week and I absolutely love our sessions. We do lots of different exercises each week and I can’t believe how much I’ve come on in such a short space of time! Jennie also gives me workouts to do at home which fit alongside my work commitments. I’ve been having PT sessions with Jack for about 8 months now in the Biggin Hill Studio, I enjoy it so much I now go twice a week and even have family members coming along for group work outs! I really needed motivation to get back into exercising after succumbing to the habits of a Monday – Friday, 9-5, job. I find the sessions are a great way to make sure I leave work on time and genuinely feel more energetic and focused after. As an instructor Jack makes you feel comfortable in trying new exercises and pushes you more than you would yourself going to the gym alone. We offer our unique app that will make it very easy for us to monitor and support our clients progress.

As the lead trainer for Cronk Fitness I love working with clients and helping them in their journey to achieve their goals. For me the most rewarding thing is too see a client change their lives with my help. I have seen some incredible results with clients and am always excited starting with new clients to help them achieve their results.

I know how hard it can be to make changes on your own so that is why I started my own buisness to help others in making those positive life changes to help them live happier and healthy lives.

I have been a trainer for over 13 years working at various different health clubs including Fitness First, LA Fitness, Virgin Active and David Lloyd. In this time I have gained so much experience and now continue to help educate and work with new trainers in the industry.

There are many trainers out there with very little experience or knowledge in the fitness industry. Do your research before choosing your Personal Trainer.
