Cute little bistro close to the convention center. We enjoyed the salad combos. The menu did not mention that the salads came in a fried tortilla shell and we had a gluten sensitivity in our group of diners. The meal starts with delicious little muffins. If you haven't been here yet, WHY NOT? Croissants is the best restaurant in South Carolina for lunch. Went here with two friends, Loretta Susi Arnone and Debby Zawacki; we each had a different dish and all of us were more than satisfied. I had the red snapper fish tacos, which were so delish. They serve 3 soft tacos, loaded with fish, an outrageously delicious slaw, topped off with sliced avacado and a tasty sauce. They were so filling, I could only eat two; I took one home for dinner. One of my friends had the chicken and waffles and my other friend had an amazing quiche, both gals ate every drop and loved their meals. Kudos to our server, Rickey Q., for doing an awesome job of making us happy.
Make sure you stop at the coffee bar and bakery on your way out. Being that the meals are so filling, get your dessert "to go". We are looking forward to going back soon. More...

Met some people on the beach yesterday that recommend this place. We come down every year and look for different places to eat. This place is now one of our favorites! Had the chicken and waffles yesterday and shrimp and grits today. Outstanding! Girls had the amazing French toast and chocolate chip pancakes. Joined my friends for a late lunch. The decor was so welcoming, ingenious with the industrial beater lighting and calming with the color choices.
Between us we had Shrimp n Grits and Monte Cristo sandwich’s. Oh my, we loved our selections.
We did not leave without a sampling of the bakery for later. We chose the Red Velvet, Carrot and Salted Caramel cakes to take home slices of.

I have been coming down for the past 3 years from New York with a group of fellow teachers and we went to their original location for our final breakfast in Myrtle Beach before heading to the airport to go home. My husband went on July 4th for the cupcake eating contest. He had fun . Free tee shirt. He ate 14 cupcakes. Didn't win but lots to tell his friends. Very organized competition. Lots of fun.
