My parents got a floor remodel 3 years ago. About 6 months ago they noticed a crack going across their new tile floor across their whole dining room area. Their initial contractor hadn’t done the floor correctly!JP and his team were very professional. They got the floor fixed quickly and it looks amazing! They are also very trustworthy; my parents were able to go on a weekend vacation and come back to their floor looking like new, no dust/mess to be cleaned up, and nothing out of place.We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. We are writing this review to give the highest recommendation to Crivello Brothers Construction. JP Crivello and his foreman went above and beyond the call of duty in executing our kitchen remodel. I found their customer service and attention to detail to be unparalleled.

Our kitchen was completely gutted and redone from the ground up. Framing, patching, painting, electrical, plumbing, venting, cabinets, and tile work - everything was new and had to be upgraded. Our house was built over 70 years ago so there was a lot of work to be done to bring everything up to code. JP had ample expertise with every aspect of the project, and personally oversaw every day of progress.

Their workers were skilled, professional, hard-working, and easy to communicate with. Work began every day at 8 AM (sometimes earlier) and never finished before 5:00 PM. They finished on time and on budget, everything went according to plan, and if anything unexpected did crop up, it was taken care of quickly and without incident. And although this was the first-time my husband and I had ever done a remodel, they never made us feel unimportant, intimidated or rushed.

It was clear to us that he sets the highest standards for himself and his workers and it shows in the finished product. We'll definitely be using them for other projects in the future. More...

So my sister recently moved up to Long Beach from San Diego and got a home remodel. I didn't directly hire J.P. and his crew but I helped my sister picking them and was there for most of the Construction. All I can say is they these guys are awesome and really do leave you stun with the results. I'm not going to lie lol but my sisters house wasn't the best from the inside it was pretty old but after these guys fished the whole remodeling project I'm jealous! I'm not over exaggerating when I say J.P. and his team were here on time everyday and they are really respectful. There just those type of people that anyone can get along with. We recently had a lot of work done on our home and are so happy that Crivello Bro's was able to help us achieve such quality work in such a timeline manner! We had a redwood deck installed in our backyard as well as fencing, and then had them treated and stained. We also replaced the entire roof on the back of our house and part of the drywall ceiling in the interior due to these heavy rains recently. WOW!  These guys are awesome they do excellent work. they pay attention to detail and really make everything come together well. The Crew was very friendly and were able to help me with various questions I had. I'm very impressed with these guys. I was referred by a good friend of mine to Jp (owner) for a remodel for my house in Torrance. Within 24 hours of contacting him, he was at my house writing an estimate. Jp is such a super friendly, creative and a personable person. I didn't even bother looking for a second opinion with another contractor. His crew came out a few days later after I gave the okay and started working on my house. JP and his team are great. From being easy to work with to a solid final product. I've worked with him on a TV show called I Hate My Yard for the DIY Network. in 2014 he delivered five beautiful yards. Everything from decks with built-in benches to stone and brick patios to pergolas and concrete pads. Plus painting and planting. Search no further! JP and his crew are terrific! I am someone who researches everything including who to hire. I wanted to do a budget-friendly makeover of my 1980's era kitchen. New counters, back-splash, repaint the existing cabinets, etc.  I met with lots of different contractors and workers. I went from thinking I would hire separate people for each aspect of the job to hiring JP to handle all of it. Boy, am I glad I did! After the job got started I could see that it's really hard to get it done without using a contractor - yes, it may cost a little more but it's definitely money well spent! JP was great at coordinating the different workers and dealing with the inevitable issues that arise. Nothing threw him! He was easily accessible (texting back and forth worked great) and acknowledged any mistakes that were made. And while the mistakes were minor, he never got bent out of shape and they were corrected immediately. My only suggestion would be to improve the paperwork associated with the job. I had forgotten about something we agreed upon so thought I owed him less than I actually did. No big deal really but I like to track things closely. The biggest testament to his professionalism was that I gave them more work to do at the end - just at the point where you're usually grateful to see the crew gone I added some additional items. He put some lighting in my living room that turned out great and he knew exactly how and what to install - so glad I trusted him to know what would work best. He's a perfectionist and his crew are top-notch. So again - consider yourself lucky to have found Crivello Brothers - you'll be glad you chose them! More...

Last year J.P. built our house in Rancho Palos Verdes on a piece of land we purchased overlooking the ocean and cliffs. He really did an exceptional job. We liked him so much that when my mother reluctantly wanted to update her kitchen (she's had some bad experiences), this year we told her she had to hire him! He came out and took a look and needless to say she loved him. J.P. and his crew are very sweet and considerate. He got started on the kitchen within a couple weeks and finished the whole remodel within 2 months. He not only completed everything as promised, but he exceeded our expectations. I hired JP and his crew, Crivello Construction to do a remodel at my home in Manhattan Beach. The total project which constisted of an addition of a sun deck above the 3rd story and a kitchen and bath remodel, as well as flooring throughout the top floor took approximately 3 months. JP finished about 3 weeks earlier than expected and helped with the designing of the whole job. His crew was very clean and efficient, and very respectful. The city can be a pain to deal with, I've heard, but JP seemed to handle the inspectors and the building department with ease. It was nice to work with a professional for once, who was licensed and bonded as well as insured. It definitely helped ease my husband and my anxiety levels. I can't wait to start our next project and look forward to using JP again. I would refer him to anyone looking for a Hot Young Professional Contractor! LOL JK, in all honesty if you hire Crivello Brothers Construction you will not be disappointed, his service, and attention to detail is second to none! I hired JP and Crivello Bros. recently to do some exterior home upgrades: new roof, paint exterior, new AC, add attic fan and reroute some old electrical lines safely underground. He and his crew did a phenomenal job! He is customer focused and friendly, has great attention to detail and provides fair quotes with high quality materials. I hired Crivello Bros. Construction to do our Remodel. These guys are great. Honest and fair. Their work is SUPERB! Quality unmatched! They are very professional and punctual. JP is a very young and surprisingly experienced Builder. He has a can-do attitude, and a fun lively personality. I looked forward to seeing him and his crew every morning bright and early and was almost sad to see them go when they finished my job. I hope to be able to use JP and Crivello Brothers Construction sometime soon in the future. I would recommend them to anyone doing a remodel or any kind of construction. Funny side note, They referred me to Houzz.com for design ideas, and we actually incorporated a few design elements we found on this website for my Remodel.

JP and his team over at Crivello Brothers Construction remodeled my kitchen in my home about two years ago. We were so pleased with their work and professionalism that we had to have them remodel our triplex this past summer. Because it was a complete remodel we did get a couple bids from other reputable and bigger companies. CBC was not the cheapest but we felt the most comfortable with them and therefore decided to go with them. They just finished our project which consisted of 3 bed 2 bath with den house and a duplex which was on the same property that consisted of 2 bed 2 bath. They gutted and completely revamped the whole property. The difference is unbelievable! And the finish project is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I will post pics. The scope of work was to tear everything down to the studs, reframe and restructure certain parts of the property. Electrical upgrades panel, new plumbing throughout, custom flooring, custom cabinets in all 3 different kitchens, and custom granite countertops in each. All bathrooms completely redone with stone and new vanities, and everything finalized with new paint and custom crown and oversized millworks! I can't be more pleased with their work! I would recommend them to EVERYBODY! As I have told my friends and family, I will exclaim here, they are worth every penny! More...

I got stuck in a bind when the countertop installers from Home Depot incorrectly installed one countertop and left the other too long so my refrigerator wouldn't fit.  I called CBC on Weds and on Thursday, JP was there fixing my countertops. My fridge fits now and my cockeyed countertop is squared up.  After giving me the invoice, he told me how to get reimbursed from Home Depot for the poor workmanship.  The original installer had left town and was too booked to come back out until the following week. JP and his team were awesome!  We had a pipe burst which resulted in our raised foundation slipping.  JP and his team bent over backwards to get this problem fixed for us.  My husband was leaving town and really wanted to be there for the leveling process, and JP and his team worked tirelessly for 2 days to make sure that my husband could be there.  Their work is top notch and their prices were better than the competition and we just felt more comfortable with JP's assessment of the damage than what others were telling us.  JP's team cleaned up and you'd never know they'd been there for such a big project.  I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project. Crivello Bros worked on a Rental Remodel for me. It included installing new carpet, dry wall repair, molding and kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job and in a very timely manner. And of course the best part was that the price point was far below any other contractor I had received quotes from. Its just this simple: These Guys Are Amazing!!!           I recently purchased a loft in downtown SP on a short sale.  It was an "as is" sale so it definitely needed a major facelift.  I hired Crivello Bros to paint the walls of basically my entire unit.  The prior owner left me several damaged walls, chipped paint, and holes etc.   The Crivello Bros team once hired went right to work.  They consulted and assisted me in choosing colors and even went and bought it all for me.  This made my life much easier.    They were very clear to me in what they wanted to do each day and how quickly they wanted to go to work.  They were right on.  I had my loft painted the week of the 4th of July.  They even had a guy come in and paint on the 4th while I was out all day!  I was stunned and thrilled at the same time.  When I walked in my unit on Friday night after work, when I knew they were 100 percent finished, I thought I was in the wrong loft.  It was Outstanding!  The walls and ceiling were all patched and redone,  painted, and there was no mess left behind.  Now I could finally call my loft, Home!   Thank you Crivello bros!!  You will be my first choice in any future conditioning or remodeling that I may need! Crivello Bros Construction worked on our house an extreme makeover for the exterior of our house. The house was completely transformed to the best house on the block. The guys worked superfast to get the work done on time as promised. The modifications to the other original plan was taken into consideration right away to ensure that we are happy with the end product.Finishing touches on our front hard made this project even more enjoyable. Best materials were used without cutting corners.
