When I walked into Cristy's office I was pretty messed up. I had lost all hope and was just trying to drink myself to death. I could not take the fear and anxiety I was feeling. I was so nervous but Cristy made me feel comfortable and I was able to share my stuff. She has given me so many tools. Most of all I felt loved and that I mattered.
