CORRECTIVE EXERCISE: As the body is an interconnected chain, compensation or dysfunction in one region may lead to dysfunctions in other areas of the body. A customized training plan including muscle inhibition (foam rolling), lengthening (static stretching), activation (isolated strengthening) and integrative exercising (dynamic, full body exercises) addresses these imbalances.
