We did change our mind on some tiles through the work and lee was very accommodating and worked to our ever changing minds. Lee and his company completed a boiler install for us as ours had given up.

Lee advised us of our options and his knowledge was great on the boilers on the market and their practicality.

We went with his preference and we can’t believe how quiet and efficient the boiler is. The controls are brilliant and allow us to control it from our phones and iPad.

Nice and tidy work and explained everything to us until we understand.

Cripps Heating and Plumbing attended our house at really short notice due to a leak from our loft.

Within the hour they had stopped the leak and repaired the pipe.

Prior to the plumber turning up they explained to us how to turn the water off and steam the leak from more damage to our house.

This is great service as the call out was really late at night.

We can’t thank this company enough for their speedy and efficient service.

I would highly recommend this local company to anyone in need of a plumber or gas engineer.

Review is for Cripps Heating & Plumbing and they installed a new Ideal boiler for me this week as previous boiler had been condemned and company wanted a small fortune for replacing it.

Lee came out, quoted (very good price) and installed within days. Very happy with boiler and smart controls.

Needless to say we are having Cripps Heating back to redesign our en-suite bathroom.

Called Lee late evening due to a burst pipe and water coming through our living room ceiling and he was with me within thirty minutes. Transpired the leak was due to another local plumber I had in to change some radiators who hadn’t soldered correctly and the joint came lose when the heating was on and the pipes heated up and got hot.Lee rectified the problem and got our heating back on. Rang Cripps Heating & Plumbing as my boiler was condemned and capped off by our gas supplier and they quoted an obscene amount to replace.

Lee provided options for us at competitive prices compared to other quotes we had.

He also explained all about boiler plus (new UK boiler law) where other gas engineers didn’t have a clue.

He completed the work in a few days and his work was brilliant and we’re back up and running with a boiler.

I would recommend Cripps Heating And Plumbing as they are up to date with legislations and are Gas Safe Registered (where I didn’t even think to check).

Highly recommend and will be recommending where I can.

Lee came and done a complete refit of our bathroom and downstairs toilet. He did an amazing job of the of pipes, bath suite and downstairs toilet. The tiling was an amazing job too.
