What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my Job is the satisfaction i get having transformed someones property or made their life easier with maybe some property addaptation, getting those jobs done that they have waited years for, or doing the work that a partner used to do, every day is different and every day we meet new peolple. I am lucky to have a great team around me and seeing them grow with confidence skill and ability is also a joy to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was trained as an Electrician in the Army a worked on various military projects as a Sapper in the Royal engineers, they train you think for yourself and overcome problems with limited resources using only available materials, having left the Forces i went into a few different industries working for blue-chip companies where i would quickly achieve management and supervisory positions. then having spent many years running businesses for other companies then in 2007 opportunity arises for me to go out on my own , something i always had a hankering for and I worked on the tools on various building projects, where i got the bug for work and the inspiration to set up on my own.
