Working with this company has been a total nightmare 9 months after install i am still waiting for it to be completed Please do not use them one star is to high a rating (photos available )

Please don’t use this company if you think you have a contract to supply and fit your bathroom My mother ordered a shower room and work started in October however tradesmen were not able to complete job as all materials were not delivered I had to phone to find out what was happening and tradesmen returned two days later and eventually fitted the shower However when we tried to use the shower the drain overflowed and following numerous phone calls with no response a visit was made to the company on the 9/11/2020 was advised tradesmen would contact me this didn’t happen 14/11/2020 another phone call 16/11/2020 another phone call 18/11/2020 19/11/2020 20/11/2020 advised on all these dates tradesmen would contact me 23/11/2020 phoned asked to speak to manager advised Gary King would contact me 24/11/2020 Gary phoned told me that problem was with tradesmen not suppliers I advised that I took contract with them to supply and fit shower room although manager told me that was not technically true as they had fulfilled contract by supplying fittings however tradesmen blamed company as unable to complete job as didn’t have correct materials!
! Gary was quite rude and people skills not up to working with the public as basically told me to stop talking until he told me about all the problems he was having getting supplies due to Covid after sending video of problems with drain the tradesmen called on the 26/11/2020 and cut pipe and drilled holes in pipe to enable water to drain said they would return to do snagging work we have not heard from them a message was sent to tradesmen on 8/12/20 however to date it has been ignored
I also would have expected the head of the company to have followed up on my complaint however no contact has been made It would appear that after you have paid they are not interested in after sales care

Service was exceptional from the beginning, initially with a visit to provide ideas and advice This was then followed up with drawings of design and excellent advice as to what would work well within the space. The delivery and installation was exactly as expected and promised. Overall fantastic value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending Crest Bathrooms. Proper service from a proper company. What do you love most about your job?
Working closely with our customers helping them to achieve the bathroom they desire. Our main goal is to advise all of our potential customers and empower them with knowledge before making a big decision. The choices are vast and our objective is to fulfil your needs, not our own. Helping our customers achieve that is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Crest Bathrooms is our family business and was established in 1979 by Tom Kerr, the owner. Tom was a sales person back in the day and sold various products over the years including Kitchens. At that point he decided to go into business alone and opened Crest Bathrooms and Kitchens. Some 20 or so years ago we stopped Kitchens and decided to focus on one area of the market, bathrooms. In doing so we could become specialists in one field and offer expert advice without the complications of trying to sell both Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choosing a bathroom is fraught with risks. It is essential that when buying a bathroom you are being advised firstly, not being sold to. We believe that our interest in your requirements will build a relationship and through that relationship great things can be achieved. Crest have not advertised significantly for almost 10 years including throughout the recession, as most of our business is word of mouth and repeat business. Our showroom covers almost 12,000 sq. feet. Which basically means it's big, very big. So we can give you unparalleled choice. Our team is extremely knowledgeable and have been working with us now for almost our 37 years of business.
